Founded by Benjamin Easter in 2015, the firm has garnered a wealth of experience and achieved significant success in representing clients across various aspects of the law. Benjamin Easter
Easter Law, LLC
Attorney Easter holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Grandview University, a Master of Business Leadership from William Penn University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, where he served as an elected Student Bar Association representative throughout his legal education.
Prior to law school, Attorney Easter demonstrated exceptional leadership as the elected President of AFSCME Local 2051 in Altoona, Iowa — representing members in grievance procedures, arbitration, mediation, and contract negotiations. This foundation in advocacy and negotiation has proven invaluable throughout his legal career.
Since founding Easter Law, LLC in 2015, Attorney Easter has served as in-house counsel for a local developer, assisting in securing tax incentives, regulatory compliance, employee disputes, and a broad range of business and corporate matters. His practice spans Criminal Defense, Litigation, DUI & Traffic Defense, Family Law, Business Formation, Personal Injury, Workplace Discrimination & Harassment, Protection Orders, and Guardianships for both adults and children.

Jedd Schneider
Easter Law, LLC
Jedd C. Schneider has over a decade of legal experience litigating all aspects of direct and postconviction criminal appeals, having previously worked with the Central Appellate division of the Missouri State Public Defender. Prior to that, he was law clerk to The Honorable Kenneth R. Garrett III in Jackson County, Missouri.
In law school, Jedd was winner of the CALI Award for Legal Research & Writing, won the Best Brief Award in the Ellison Moot Court Competition, served as Articles & Symposia Editor for the UMKC Law Review, and was a staff member of The Urban Lawyer journal.
Jedd welcomes appeals of all types: criminal, civil, domestic, and probate. He also handles circuit-level civil and probate cases, as well as federal matters.
